Last night, the timely, urgently-staged revival of Jason Robert Brown and Alfred Uhry’s 1998 musical Parade triumphantly opened on Broadway at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre. Here was my review of the production — directed by Michael Arden in revelatory fashion, and led by Tony-winner Ben Platt and the incandescent Micaela Diamond (both of whom have continued on with the production on its journey to Broadway) — when it premiered at New York City Center last fall (link).

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
